From Microscope to Management
I switched from decoding microscopic systems to decoding human systems. That changed my life. Now, I help you do the same.
The Journey
Most people are taught to work hard, be sincere, deliver results, and wait for recognition. I believed that too.
I began my journey deep in the world of science—a PhD in Biological Sciences, a Young Scientist Award from the Government of India, and years spent studying the smallest details of life. Science gave me discipline, precision, and a calm approach to chaos.
But when I transitioned into data science and leadership, I faced a different challenge: organizations full of politics, power, ambiguity, and egos. No lab could prepare me for that.
"Suddenly, I found myself surrounded by brilliant professionals who were stuck not because of their talent, but because the rules of growth were invisible."
Over the next 7+ years, leading data science teams across India, the Middle East, and Africa, I discovered a simple truth: Skill builds your career. Power accelerates your growth. And no one teaches power unless they've lived it.
